What is a talent pool and how to create one to manage candidates

What is a Talent Pool?

A Talent Pool is a static collection of candidates. This means that the number of candidates in the pool does not increase unless a user adds or removes them manually.

How to Create a Talent Pool

1. After searching for candidates for a given criteria, see:

You can select (either one or multiple) Candidates by clicking the person icon

1. After making the candidate selection, click the ‘Add to Pool’ button:

1. You can either add the candidates to an existing pool, or create a new pool:

1. Once added, you will be able to view the selected candidates in your pool

What can be edited?

• The name of the pool, by hovering over the name and clicking the pencil icon:

• The candidates in the pool. You can remove a candidate by selecting them and clicking on the ‘Remove’ icon:

• Deleting the pool entirely. This can be done by clicking the delete button:
