How to download candidate information from the system

How to Download Candidates

1. Navigate into the chosen pool or wave

2. Select at least one candidate

3. Click the download button at the bottom of the screen:

1. The resulting download will be a .zip file. Once opened, there will be a .csv with the candidate’s information

2. The .csv file contains the following information:

   1. ID (the candidate’s ID number in the system)

   2. First name

   3. Last name

   4. Email address
