What is a talent wave and how to create one to manage candidates

What is a Talent Wave?

A Talent Wave is essentially a saved filter. This means that the number of Candidates in the wave may increase or decrease depending on newly signed-up candidates who may match the saved criteria.

How to Create a Talent Wave

1. After searching for candidates for a given criteria, see:

Click the Save as Talent Wave button:

1. Enter the name of the new talent wave and click the Create Wave button:

1. Once created, you will be able to view the wave with the saved filters, and the candidates who match the criteria

What can be edited?

• The name of the wave, by hovering over the name and clicking the pencil icon

• The filters, by clicking Save Changes:

• Deleting the wave entirely. This can be done by clicking the Delete button:
