How to view roles in the system, and search and filter to find the ones you're looking for

To view a role in the system, click Roles in the top navigation menu:

This will bring up an list of all the roles in the system, sorted by default by the newest to the oldest:

Keyword search

To find the role you’re looking you can search by keyword, click on Search and type in your search term in and press Enter or click the Search button.

This will return roles which match one or more of the words in your search term, searching the title of the roles and their descriptions. Matched words will be highlighted in green.

Filters

You can also find a role you’re looking for by applying filters. There are three available filters: status, location and function.

A role’s status can be ‘live’, or ‘closed’ - a role is automatically marked as ‘closed’ after its deadline date or when the role is removed from Cornerstone

To apply a filter, click on the name of the filter you’d like to apply, check one or more option and click Apply.

To remove a filter, click on the X next to the filter name.
