How to send candidates SMS communications from the system

There are two ways to create an SMS conversation:

1. Via a talent pool or wave

2. Directly from the Conversations tab

Creating a Conversation from a Pool/Wave

1. Navigate to the chosen pool/wave

2. You can either message the whole pool/wave or a selection of candidates

3. Click the ‘Message’ button at the bottom of the screen

4. The candidates and their phone numbers will automatically populate the ‘To’ field

5. Enter the Title and Body of the SMS. The Title won’t be sent to the candidate, but will be used to easily identify the subject of the message from the Conversations index.

6. Click ‘Send SMSs’ once ready

Creating a Conversation from the Conversations Tab

1. Navigate to the Conversations tab:

1. Click the ‘New Conversation’ button:

1. Choose which recipients you’d like to message in the ‘To’ field

2. Follow the same steps as above to send the SMS
