Seeing who has been notified about, viewed and clicked on an apply link for a given role

It’s really easy to get a quick overview of the reach of a given role.

We have 3 key statistics:

1. Notifications

2. Matches

3. Views

These counts can be viewed from the Role index:

Clicking in to the role itself will allow you to find out exactly who has been interacting with it.

Just click one of the counts, and you will be taken to a filtered view of the Candidate page, where you will be able to see exactly who has interacted with your role:

Notifications

This is a count of how many match notifications have been sent from the system.

Matches

This is a count of how many matches have been made in the system. This number may be different from notifications if Candidates have changed their notification preferences.

Views

This is a count of how many Candidates have viewed the role.
